I am a California based artist, born and raised in Houston, Texas. Growing up, my parents instilled a love of nature and the outdoors with frequent trips to the Texas Gulf Coast and Hill Country. I bring my love of nature into my art with oils and palette knives- creating bold strokes of pure color. As a result, my paintings are full of light, texture and energy. Following my graduation from UC, Berkeley, I began my career in advertising in San Francisco and made the Bay Area my home. Currently, I live in Tiburon, California, and love spending time with my husband, two teenage boys and our Springer Spaniels. Our frequent travels and local landscapes provide the perfect inspiration for my work.
In my free time, I am active in my community and sons’ schools, an avid baseball fan, and recently started a cut flower garden from seed! Follow me on Instagram
